It was not a surprise to me, i was prepared mental and i knew i will do good.after the outdoor 5km i was ready to fight with anyone.
Talk about race in Indiana:you seemed very easy in your running and when u decided to start pushing..nothing to do for anyone else??Did u feel sure of yourself that day?
Yeah, i was confident that i was in good shape to run with anyone and so, when we started the race i knew i have to wait for a while and then go for it.We had talk with my coach about the strategies and so i was going there knowing everything about the race.
I read you arrived in Arizona last spring and probaly started that day your career..What u learnt from coach Li in first months?

I did some mile repeats six of them in an impressive time..

Yes, i will be running with him, i am really waiting for that race and i am excited...
In outdoor-season u will run also 10k on track??
No, i don't want to do the 10k now, i want to still do more speed, like mile, 1500 and 5k.
